This recruitment is for the Engineering Solution Service (ESS) Division, which specializes in delivering targeted services to manufacturing clients.

As a full-time engineer within the ESS Division, the candidate will participate in diverse projects serving major manufacturers and related software vendors.

Client organizations span a wide spectrum—from automotive, medical device, and industrial machinery manufacturers to pioneering technology startups—where the candidate will engage in core IT and engineering operations including requirements definition, design, development, and technical research.

・Development of image processing algorithms for an optical equipment manufacturer

・Development of in-vehicle systems for an automaker

【Required】

Technical Skills:

・Experience coding in any of the following programming languages:

Java, C, C#, C++, Python

・Experience developing applications using Oracle, PostgreSQL, or MySQL databases

・Teamwork, reporting, and interpersonal skills (with users)

Language Skills:

Proficiency sufficient to work independently in a Japanese-language work environment (Approximate benchmark: equivalent to JLPT N1)

【Preferred】

・Programming skills (JavaScript (Vue.js/Nodejs, etc.), TypeScript, etc.)

・Knowledge of infrastructure (AWS, Azure, Linux, etc.)

・Knowledge of production management (particularly in purchasing and procurement)

・Experience integrating with purchasing and procurement systems such as ERP and SAP

・Experience with X12 EDI data integration

・Experience building web server infrastructure (e.g., Tomcat)

・Knowledge of web application security

・Experience setting up version control tools (such as Git) and building CI/CD pipelines

・Experience with requirements definition, basic design, and detailed design

・Experience with Agile development and Scrum

・Experience developing and deploying in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP)
