Responsibilities Provide technical support to staff by diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues. Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems and applications. Respond to user inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Document support requests and resolutions in a ticketing system. Conduct training sessions for staff to enhance their tech skills and knowledge. Proactively identify system issues and recommend solutions to improve performance. Assist in maintaining the organization's IT inventory and asset management. Collaborate with other IT team members on projects and system upgrades. Stay updated with the latest technological developments to enhance skills and service delivery. Ensure data and information security are upheld in all IT processes. Requirements Associate's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred. 2+ years of experience in a technical support or IT help desk role. Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems. Experience with troubleshooting hardware and software problems. Familiarity with networking concepts and protocols. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Customer-service-oriented mindset with patience and attention to detail. Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, ITIL) are a plus.
