🚀 Hiring: IT Infrastructure Compliance Specialist in Bogota! 🚀

Infotree Global Solutions is actively seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Compliance Specialist to join our team in Bogota, Colombia under a Hybrid work model.

In this critical individual contributor role, you will drive the administration, monitoring, and continuous improvement of our IT Infrastructure Compliance Management Program. You will be the linchpin for compliance activities, risk management, audits, and GAMP-based validation across our global operations.

📌 Key Responsibilities:

- Administer the IT Infrastructure compliance program, ensuring alignment with regulatory, contractual, privacy, and corporate quality requirements.

- Coordinate infrastructure qualification and validation activities for systems supporting GxP-regulated environments, including GAMP-based deliverables.

- Identify, assess, and monitor compliance-related risks, managing the IT Risk Register and tracking remediation plans.

- Coordinate compliance investigations, root cause analysis, and Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) plans.

- Develop and maintain controlled IT policies, procedures, and ITSM knowledgebase content to ensure accuracy and ITIL alignment.

- Support internal, external, customer, and regulatory audits/inspections.

- Serve as a cross-functional liaison between Infrastructure Operations, Information Security, QA, Risk Management, and Legal teams.

💡 Required Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Cybersecurity, Business Administration, Quality/Risk Management, or a related field.

- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Infrastructure, Information Security, Quality Assurance, Regulatory Compliance, or Risk Management.

- Industry Knowledge: Proven experience supporting GxP-regulated environments (healthcare, pharmaceutical, life sciences).

- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of GAMP-based validation methodologies, computerized system validation, and ITIL-based service management.

- Analytical Skills: Advanced root cause analysis capabilities and experience managing CAPA and risk registers.

- Language: Fluent English proficiency (both verbal and written) is mandatory to communicate effectively with global stakeholders.

🌟 Preferred (but not required):

- Knowledge of cloud compliance (Microsoft Azure, M365).

- Professional certifications (ITIL 4, CISA, CISM, CRISC, ISO 27001, GAMP 5, etc.).
