Job Title: IT Infrastructure Project Manager

Location: Remote – Candidates must be near Dallas, Houston, Austin, or San Antonio, TX

Must-Have Skills:

• 5+ years of IT Project/Program Management experience
• Fluent Spanish communication skills
• AWS / Cloud Infrastructure experience
• Banking or Financial Services experience
• Network and Storage infrastructure knowledge
• Infrastructure, Cloud, Datacenter, or Application Migration experience
• Strong stakeholder management, project governance, RAID tracking, and executive reporting
• Excellent communication and meeting facilitation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Active LinkedIn profile

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage project planning, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables across Infrastructure, Network, Storage, Compute, Resiliency, and Architecture workstreams.
• Coordinate technical teams, business stakeholders, and vendors.
• Track project budgets, forecasts, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Prepare executive status reports, presentations, and governance updates.
• Support AWS/cloud migration, datacenter transformation, infrastructure modernization, and application migration initiatives.
• Ensure alignment across technical workstreams and maintain project delivery timelines.

Additional Requirements:

• Candidates must be US Citizens.
• Candidates must be located near one of the specified Texas cities.
• Spanish fluency is mandatory.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience preferred.
