- Proactively monitoring infrastructure performance and capacity and addressing potential issues before they impact the business.
- Providing 2nd/3rd line technical support across the wider infrastructure environment.

About You
The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on infrastructure experience, with particular strengths across AWS and networking.
- 2+ years' experience supporting AWS infrastructure, particularly EC2, S3, VPC and IAM.
- Good knowledge of Cisco networking, including switching, routing and VLANs.
- Experience with network monitoring and troubleshooting.
- Strong IT operations knowledge, including ITIL, Incident, Request and Change Management.

- Experience administering Windows Server and/or Linux environments.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
Experience with Palo Alto firewalls, SolarWinds, SD-WAN and scripting using Python, PowerShell or Bash would be advantageous. Azure experience would also be beneficial.
