About The Role
Flexzo is seeking an IT Manager to build and maintain the technology foundation behind its AI-first operations. In this role, you will oversee internal infrastructure, security, tools, and technical operations so that a distributed team can work efficiently and securely. You will collaborate with leaders across engineering, strategy, and growth to ensure systems support business priorities and the delivery of client and product work.
AI is part of how Flexzo works every day. The successful candidate will use AI tools as a regular part of infrastructure monitoring, troubleshooting, security reviews, automation, and technical support. This position is suited to a hands-on, adaptable professional who can balance sound technical judgment with responsive execution in a growing organization.
The role is fully remote and follows an Eastern Time schedule of 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, including holidays, with a rotating weekend schedule. Candidates may apply from countries including the Philippines, India, Pakistan, and South Africa.
Qualifications
Candidates should have three to seven years of experience in IT management, systems administration, or technical operations. Strong working knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, identity and access management, security practices, and business automation is required. Experience with scripting languages such as Python or Shell is also important.
You should be comfortable using AI-enabled workflows to improve the speed, quality, and consistency of your work. Strong communication skills are essential, including the ability to explain technical needs and risks clearly to non-technical stakeholders. Flexibility, sound judgment, and the ability to prioritize in a fast-moving, cross-functional environment are key. Experience supporting AI implementation or software development teams is an advantage. Familiarity with tools such as Google Workspace, Figma, and Canva is helpful.
Responsibilities
Design, administer, and improve cloud environments, internal systems, and SaaS tools that support AI development and business operations. Establish and maintain security protocols, access controls, and compliance practices that protect company operations, proprietary workflows, and sensitive client information.
Identify opportunities to automate internal processes, including CRM and CMS workflows, using appropriate tools and scripts. Apply AI in daily work to support infrastructure planning, troubleshooting, security reviews, and quality assurance. Partner with engineering, strategy, and growth teams to align technology decisions with company goals. Manage hardware and software procurement, inventory, maintenance, and support for a global remote workforce. Document systems, respond to technical issues, and help employees use tools effectively.
Benefits
The annual base salary range is USD 8,000 to USD 15,000, with a potential performance bonus of 0% to 50% of base salary. Final compensation depends on experience, demonstrated capabilities, and role fit.
