An international auditing firm is looking for a French-speaking IT Manager to oversee day-to-day IT operations while supporting facilities management and office administration. This hands-on, varied role offers close interaction with management and the opportunity to contribute to wider business projects.

ROLE of the IT Manager:

• Managing IT support, Microsoft 365, Windows 11 and Windows Server.
• Maintaining IT infrastructure, networks, hardware and business applications.
• Managing IT assets, equipment and user onboarding/offboarding.
• Liaising with external IT suppliers and service providers.
• Supporting ISO 27001 documentation and compliance.
• Coordinating office facilities, access control and maintenance.
• Maintaining client/project records and operational reports.

The role includes also some Facilities and Office Management, as well as Client Administration and Business Support duties.

Profile:

• Fluent French and English.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows 11, Windows Server and IT infrastructure.
• Hands-on troubleshooting and user support experience.
• Proactive, organised and solution-oriented, with the ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
• Flexible to do some other duties than the pure IT tasks.

Salary & Benefits:

• Package up to £80,000, including excellent benefits such as private healthcare and pension.
• Hybrid working: 2 days from home.
