Working within our Global IT Digital Workplace team, you'll gain hands-on experience managing hardware, enterprise software, networks, and IT security under global standards. Key responsibilities Learn to set up, track, and maintain Apple and PC devices using SOTI MDM. Provide basic (L1) support for tools like Google Workspace, Slack, Jira, and Monday .com Assist in troubleshooting local office Wi-Fi, networks, and VPNs, while learning endpoint security practices (ESET AV and GDPR compliance). Help maintain IT guides, asset inventories, and learn to apply global IT standards. Skills & experience Education / Background: Studies or basic experience in IT support, networking, or systems administration. Familiarity with macOS, Windows, basic networking concepts, and cloud tools. Eager to learn, fix issues, and improve technical processes. Fluent in English and Spanish with a service-oriented, helpful attitude.
