As an IT Portfolio Manager – Digital Services, you’ll work closely with the Head of Application Services and stakeholders across the business to shape and steer a diverse portfolio of IT services, digital products, and transformation initiatives. You’ll bring together strategy, data, financial insights, and delivery priorities to create transparency and support smart decision-making.

How You’ll Make An Impact
- Shape and steer the digital portfolio, covering IT services, digital products, projects, and transformation initiatives.
- Drive portfolio planning and prioritization, helping align roadmaps, demand, resources, and investments with business priorities.
- Turn data into decisions by translating financial, operational, and delivery insights into clear recommendations for leadership.
- Create transparency on performance, tracking KPIs, OKRs, milestones, risks, dependencies, and value delivered across the portfolio.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to strengthen governance, facilitate portfolio and management reviews, and keep strategic initiatives moving forward.
- Connect teams and priorities across a global organization, fostering collaboration and ensuring that opportunities, challenges, and dependencies are visible.

Rewards / Benefits
- Experience in IT portfolio, program, project, product, or service management, ideally within a complex international organization.
- A strong understanding of how digital products, IT services, projects, and transformation initiatives come together within a wider technology portfolio.
- Experience with areas such as portfolio planning, roadmaps, prioritization, demand and capacity management, budgeting, forecasting, or value realization.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn complex information into clear insights and recommendations for decision-makers.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to collaborate and influence across different teams and seniority levels.
- A collaborative, proactive mindset and the ability to navigate changing priorities in an international environment. Fluency in English is required; German language skills are an advantage.
