IT Program Lead – Training & Awareness

About this Position

As an IT Program Lead – Training & Awareness, you will play a key role in driving initiatives that strengthen employees’ understanding and adoption of IT and cybersecurity topics across the organization. You will take ownership of complex initiatives and campaigns, translating business and technical needs into practical training and awareness activities that can be effectively implemented across countries.
You will work closely with IT, cybersecurity, and country stakeholders, including local ambassadors, to steer initiatives, influence stakeholders, and drive actions through to completion. This role requires someone who can operate independently, recognize emerging needs or issues, determine the appropriate course of action, and continuously improve programs based on outcomes and feedback.

What you´ll do

• Lead and steer global IT training and awareness initiatives, taking ownership of planning, implementation, stakeholder coordination, follow-up, and continuous improvement.
• Analyze campaign results, feedback, and KPIs to identify gaps or emerging issues and independently determine and drive the appropriate actions.
• Coordinate and influence country stakeholders and local ambassadors, providing direction, motivation, and support to ensure successful implementation across markets.
• Plan, coordinate, and deliver training activities that translate IT and cybersecurity topics into practical and engaging learning experiences for diverse audiences.
• Manage complex initiatives and competing priorities across multiple stakeholders, proactively resolving challenges and driving progress without requiring day-to-day direction.
• Collaborate with IT, cybersecurity, and business subject matter experts to ensure training and awareness initiatives are relevant, accurate, and aligned with organizational needs.
• Measure and continuously improve the effectiveness of programs and campaigns, using participation, engagement, awareness, and other relevant KPIs to drive better outcomes.

What makes you a good fit

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field with at least 4 years of experience in IT, technology, project/program management, training, change management, or a related environment, preferably within a large or global organization.
• Demonstrated experience leading or coordinating projects, programs, campaigns, or initiatives, with the ability to take ownership from planning through execution.
• Hands-on experience in training, awareness, learning, enablement, or knowledge-sharing activities, including experience coordinating or delivering training to different audiences.
• Strong IT/technology understanding and the ability to translate technical topics into clear and practical content for technical and non-technical stakeholders; cybersecurity experience is an advantage.
• Strong stakeholder management, influencing, and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and steer stakeholders across different countries and functions without direct authority.
• Strong ownership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills, with the confidence to assess situations, determine next steps, and drive execution independently.
• Amenable to work on a mid-shift schedule (1:00 pm to 10:00 pm) PH time on a hybrid work set-up.
