The Role: Our site in Bedford, MA is seeking a IT Program Management Co-Op to join our team for the Spring 2027 season. This assignment is intended to be 6 months in duration. What You’ll Do: Consolidate and organize IT Program Management Office (PMO) artifacts, including process descriptions, training materials, and tooling Recommend solutions to improve how PMO artifacts are created, reviewed and managed Assist in the development of new content and improving existing content related Maintain a backlog for artifact development and improvement Work with peer team members to define plans and timelines for artifact deliverables What We Seek: Third year candidate for a degree in Information Systems or Business Administration with Project Management Concentration Ability to work in a Hybrid office environment (in office 3 days/week, remote 2 days/week) Detailed orientated and proactively address issues Strong communication skills Experience with Microsoft Office applications Experience with Microsoft CoPilot or similar AI tooling Desired: Experience within IT organizations within Technology or Manufacturing firms Desired Major(s) & Graduation Year: Grad year target: 2027 or 2028 (3rd or 4th year student) Majors: Information Systems, Business Administration with Project Management Concentration Eligibility: Must be a currently enrolled student Available to work 40 hours a week, M-F (8a-5p) beginning in January through June Must be familiar with the university’s requirements to participate in a co-op program Entegris is not currently hiring candidates for co-ops/internships who will need, now or at any time in the future, Entegris sponsorship through the H1-B lottery.
