While each group has their own area of expertise, they are all looked upon as leaders with vision, responsible for understanding and communicating the data that drives our organization and makes us a global leader. As a Data & Analytics Co-op, your responsibilities may include: • Hands-on training to facilitate learning with guided mentorship • Develop and maintain operational reporting to Home Office and Field teams • Recurring and ad hoc PowerBI reporting to Home Office and Field teams • Collaborating with experienced operations professionals to manage and execute projects to be used in developing TJX strategy • Performing your own analysis projects • Creating and presenting projects, reports, and communications for Senior Management Who we are looking for: We are looking for students who are highly motivated self-starters and who possess the ability to prioritize effectively, be proactive and flexible, and demonstrate a strong bias for action in a fast-paced, professional environment. Key Qualifications: • Current juniors • Students pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, Finance, or Economics (other majors may be considered) • Genuine interest in a Data and Analytics career • Must be available to full-time from January – June 2027 Additional qualifications include: • Strong communication skills • Ability to work in a team setting as well as individually • Experience working with numbers • A high level of curiosity • Strong quantitative and analytical skills • Detail oriented In addition to our open door policy and supportive work environment, we also strive to provide a competitive salary and benefits package.
