IT Program Manager (Middle Office Migration) (100% Remote)

Our client, a global asset manager, is looking for an IT Program Manager.

Description

Technology Program Leadership

Lead all technology workstreams across six interrelated migration projects.

Develop and maintain the integrated technology delivery plan aligned to overall program milestones.

Manage technology dependencies, schedules, resources, risks, and delivery commitments.

Ensure technology activities remain synchronized with business and operational readiness plans.

Provide regular status reporting to the Program Lead and governance forums.

Technology Delivery & Execution

Oversee delivery of application enhancements, interfaces, integrations, infrastructure, and technology readiness activities.

Coordinate all data migration, conversion, reconciliation, and validation efforts.

Ensure successful implementation of technology solutions supporting the target operating model.

Drive issue resolution and decision-making across technology teams and vendors.

Vendor & Third-Party Coordination

Manage technology-related deliverables with the new middle-office provider and other third-party partners.

Coordinate interface development, connectivity, data exchange, testing, and production readiness activities.

Monitor technology commitments and escalate potential delivery risks.

Risk & Dependency Management

Identify and manage technology risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies.

Develop mitigation plans for critical technology delivery risks.

Escalate impacts that could affect program milestones, operational readiness, or go-live activities.

Maintain visibility into cross-project technology dependencies and critical path items.

Stakeholder Management

Partner closely with the Program Lead to ensure technology delivery supports overall program objectives.

Collaborate with business, operations, risk, compliance, architecture, infrastructure, and vendor teams.

Communicate technology status, risks, and readiness to leadership and governance committees.

Support executive decision-making through transparent reporting and issue escalation.

Accountability

The Program Lead is accountable for the overall success of the middle-office migration program. The Technology Program Manager is accountable for the successful delivery of all technology-related components of the program and serves as the primary technology representative within the program governance structure.

This role does not own business process transformation, business readiness, organizational change management, or operational transition activities, but is responsible for ensuring technology deliverables are completed in support of those program objectives.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Pittsburgh, PA.

The pay range for this position is $100.00 - $150.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
