IT Project Management Coordinator

Description:

Provides support to IT project personnel to ensure business needs are met.

Follows procedures and assists with ensuring project workflow and deliverables are met on time and on budget.

Participates in meetings and identifies additional follow up needs.

Communicates internally to ensure appropriate documentation is in place.

Maintains project sites, calendar, and/or documentation.

Sets up meetings, makes travel arrangements, and fills out time entry and/or expense reports as necessary.

May assist in developing analytic reports for team members that assess the status of the project.

Provides any other ad hoc IT support to project team, as needed.
