You'll enjoy this role if you like: Running multiple projects without losing sight of the details Building trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders Working across cloud, infrastructure, and modern workplace technologies Having real ownership of project outcomes Improving processes instead of accepting "that's how we've always done it" Using AI and automation to work smarter Being part of a team that values communication and accountability What You'll Be Doing Managing projects from planning through to successful delivery Building project plans, schedules, milestones, and communications plans Running client and stakeholder meetings Keeping projects on time, on budget, and on scope Managing project risks, issues, and dependencies Coordinating internal resources, vendors, and delivery teams Forecasting workloads and helping optimise resource allocation Managing milestone billing and project reporting Monitoring project health and escalating issues when required Supporting continuous improvement and project delivery maturity Leveraging AI and automation tools to improve efficiency and client outcomes Contributing to a high-performing, collaborative team culture What You'll Bring Proven experience managing technology or infrastructure projects Strong stakeholder and client management skills Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Experience managing project budgets, timelines, and resources Confidence running meetings and presenting project updates Strong organisational and planning skills Commercial awareness and sound decision-making ability Experience working in an MSP, IT services, consulting, or similar environment will be highly regarded A proactive mindset and a habit of solving problems before they become emergencies A genuine interest in improving the way teams work through technology, AI, and automation What Success Looks Like In this role you'll be helping deliver: High project customer satisfaction (NPS) Strong project efficiency and utilisation Consistent on-time project delivery Accurate forecasting and resource planning Healthy project budgets and profitability Clear, proactive communication with clients and stakeholders What's In It For You?
