Bilingual IT Project Manager (English–Chinese)

We’re looking for a bilingual IT Project Manager (English–Chinese) to drive execution across our distributed tech teams. This role is responsible for ensuring that product and engineering initiatives are clearly defined, aligned, and delivered on time . You will act as the bridge between the executive team and China-based engineering teams—translating business priorities into actionable plans and driving accountability across stakeholders. This is an ownership-driven role —you are expected to move work forward, unblock teams, and ensure outcomes are delivered. What You’ll Own 1. Execution & Delivery Drive end-to-end execution of product and engineering projects Translate high-level requirements into clear, actionable tasks Ensure timelines are defined, tracked, and met Proactively identify risks and drive resolution 2. Cross-Team Alignment Bridge communication between English-speaking exec team and Chinese engineering teams Ensure requirements, decisions, and priorities are clearly understood across teams Align stakeholders on scope, timelines, and trade-offs 3. Accountability & Visibility Track progress across teams and ensure consistent delivery Flag delays, blockers, and misalignment early—with proposed solutions Provide clear, decision-oriented updates (not just status reporting) 4. Process & System Improvement Improve how work is tracked, communicated, and executed Introduce simple, scalable systems for project management and reporting Drive adoption of tools and workflows that increase speed and clarity What Good Looks Like Projects move forward without constant follow-up Teams are aligned on priorities and timelines Issues are surfaced early and resolved quickly Communication is clear, structured, and actionable Execution speed and reliability improve over time Requirements Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese (spoken and written) 1–4+ years experience in IT project management / technical program management Experience working with distributed or cross-border teams Strong understanding of software development workflows Able to translate business requirements into technical execution Highly organized, proactive, and ownership-driven How You Work You take ownership of outcomes—not just tasks You move work forward without waiting for instructions You communicate clearly and proactively You focus on solving problems, not escalating them You prioritize speed and clarity over perfection
