Duties and Responsibilities Lead the planning, execution, and completion of projects while ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives. Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, resource plans, and risk management strategies. Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and accountability throughout the project lifecycle. Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement solutions to keep projects on track. Communicate project status, milestones, and key updates to stakeholders and leadership. Manage project documentation, change management activities, and project closeout processes, including lessons learned. Coordinate resources across departments and manage external vendors or subcontractors as needed. Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field required; equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered. Minimum of three years of project management experience or experience in a related field required. Minimum of three years managing complex cross-functional projects required. Experience using Microsoft Office products required. Required Skills/Abilities Expertise in project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall. Experience using project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, MURAL, or similar platforms. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to influence without authority and drive cross-functional alignment. Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced, changing environment. Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong leadership skills with the ability to successfully lead cross-functional projects.
