Job Summary

The IT Project Manager will be based in EMEA region, reporting to the IT Project Manager.

This role will be accountable for planning, organizing, and directing the completion of specific projects for an organization.

Will typically oversee the entire project from beginning to end, including setting deadlines, coordinating resources, and managing budgets. Project managers are also accountable for ensuring the project meets its goals.

Able to manage up and down. Recognize all functional areas, the solution, processes and architecture that enables a complex implementation.

What a typical day looks like:

• Lead IT projects from initiation and planning through implementation, go-live, and closure.
• Define project scope, objectives, milestones, resources, schedules, and deliverables.
• Coordinate cross-functional business and IT teams and manage project dependencies.
• Monitor project progress, budget, timelines, quality, and resource allocation.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, and changes, including mitigation and contingency plans.
• Drive timely decisions, issue resolution, and escalation where required.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and provide clear status reporting to management.
• Lead project governance meetings, workshops, and presentations.
• Coordinate testing, business readiness, cutover, go-live, and transition activities.
• Manage vendors and external partners where applicable.
• Maintain project documentation, including plans, changes requests, decisions, and status reports in Jira, Confluence, Wiki pages
• Conduct presentations of technical information
• Support project financial management, including forecasting, cost tracking

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, communication and customer service skills;
• Excellent leadership & time management skills;
• Experienced in scheduling and budgeting;
• Experienced in leading initiatives, proactivity and providing input to those initiatives;
• Positive attitude even in challenging circumstances;
• Ability to work to deadlines and under pressure;
• Ability to work independently and with a team;
• Enthusiastic about continuous development and learning;
• Flexibility – able to work in different time zones with occasional travel required;
• Jira knowledge will be an advantage;
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification will be an advantage but is not mandatory;
• Certification in Prince2 or equivalent will be an advantage but is not mandatory;
