We are looking for an Amazing: IT Project Manager 🚀

Seniority: Mid-Level (3–5 years of experience)

Type of position: Hybrid, with 2 days per week on site (Lisbon, Madrid or Barcelona)

Sector: Insurance

You’ll be joining a large international organization in the insurance sector. You’ll work where Development, Workplace and Infrastructure Services meet, coordinating stakeholders and making sure delivery runs smoothly across all three areas.

The amazing you, will have:

• 3–5 years of experience as an IT Project Manager.
• Exposure to Development environments (e.g. Java, .NET), so you can talk with technical teams in their own language.
• Exposure to Workplace environments (e.g. Windows, Microsoft 365, end-user services).
• Exposure to Infrastructure Services (e.g. cloud, networking, DevOps).
• Experience planning, tracking and delivering IT projects end to end: scope, timelines, budget, risks and dependencies.
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align technical and business teams.
• Experience running project governance: status reporting, steering meetings, RAID logs and escalation management.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile/Scrum or hybrid approaches).
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive, hands-on attitude.
• Fluent English (the main working language).
• Availability to work on site 2 days per week in Lisbon, Madrid or Barcelona.

To turn yourself from amazing to unique, you’ll have (plus):

• Experience in a large, complex or multinational organization.
• Experience in the insurance or financial services sector.
• Knowledge of the local office language (Portuguese or Spanish).
• Project management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master or similar).
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project or ServiceNow.
• Experience managing projects with distributed or international teams and external vendors.
• Familiarity with ITIL practices and IT service management.
