IT Project Manager

We are seeking a talented IT Project Manager to join our team and work on Global Markets Operations projects. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Agile/Scrum delivery and be passionate about driving post-trade IT initiatives from build through to production. Role and responsibilities Own and maintain the IT project plan in Jira, keeping it in sync with the global program plan and flagging risks before they become problems Track IT change requests, budgets, and dependencies end-to-end, adjusting plans as the project evolves Make sure all IT documentation is produced, up to date, and properly archived to meet governance, audit, and regulatory standards Coordinate IT testing and deployment activities across business analysts and developers, and stay on top of post-release bugs until closure Communicate project status clearly and regularly to Operations, Compliance, and the global Project Manager Drive delivery readiness at each phase gate, from build through go-live and handover to production support +5 years in finance or banking IT, with a mix of business analysis, development, and project management work Agile or PMP background, ideally on Operations or Regulatory IT projects Strong hands-on Jira and Agile Scrum experience Degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Business Administration, or a related field Company’s Benefits At Talan, we invest in our employees' well-being and empower them with benefits, including: 💵 Competitive salary between USD $100,000 - US$140,000 💸401(k) retirement plan with company matching 🌴15 days of paid vacation per year at hire and up to 27 according to seniority (annual untaken vacation days are cashed out) 📴8 paid holidays + 5 sick days + 2 personal days per year ❤️‍🩹Company health, dental, and vision insurance plans + FSA 🦺Voluntary STD and LTD 🚍 Commuter/transit benefits All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
