IT Project Manager

Brandcoven, a leading marketing and branding agency, is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to join our team on a full-time or part-time basis. This is a remote position, open to candidates located anywhere in the USA. As our IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our IT projects, from conception to completion. You will work closely with our team of designers, developers, and clients to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Manage the entire lifecycle of IT projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and delivery Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with the team and clients Monitor project progress and identify and resolve any issues or roadblocks that may arise Communicate project updates and status to stakeholders and clients Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet all quality standards Manage project resources, including team members and external vendors Conduct regular project meetings and provide clear direction and guidance to team members Collaborate with the team to identify and implement process improvements for more efficient project delivery Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve project management processes and methodologies Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field At least 3-5 years of experience in IT project management, preferably in a marketing or creative agency setting Proven track record of successfully managing multiple IT projects simultaneously Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and clients Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and guide team members to achieve project goals Experience managing projects remotely is a plus PMP certification is a plus, but not required Benefits: Competitive hourly rates Medical benefits, paid time off and sick leave Opportunity to work with a dynamic and growth-oriented company Collaborative and supportive virtual work environment Professional development opportunities Flexible scheduling and remote work At Brandcoven, we value creativity, innovation, and teamwork.
