Job Summary

Luminate 2.0 is WellBe’s custom-built electronic medical record, used every day by clinicians caring for older adults across the care continuum. The IT Project Manager, Luminate 2.0 EMR is the long-term technical delivery owner for the EMR, accountable for turning clinical workflows into executable scope and coordinating engineering, integration, testing and release dependencies. You will keep clinical stakeholders, Product Owners and engineers aligned; surface technical and patient-safety risks early; and build business confidence through predictable, transparent delivery.

Job Description

  • Work with clinical leaders, operations, Product Owners and engineering to define scope, requirements and acceptance criteria grounded in real clinical workflows
  • Own cross-platform dependency planning with Luminate Heritage and the scheduling platform, including API and data impacts, environment readiness, deployment sequencing, rollback planning and end-to-end validation alongside the Heritage Technical PM
  • Run Scrum ceremonies and backlog health with Product Owners and engineering
  • Prepare EMR priorities, risks and decisions
  • Coordinate UAT with clinical end users, and partner with QA on regression and patient-safety testing
  • Partner with IT Enablement on release notes, training and go-live communications for clinical staff
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans covering activities, timelines, resources, budget and the critical path
  • Report status, risks and issues early and plainly; escalate with options, not just problems
