IT Project Manager Group Transformation

Our client in Brussels, part of an international group, is in the midst of an ambitious digital transformation that brings a wide range of challenging IT projects. To further strengthen the Project Management team, they are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager who can make a real impact.

Job content

As an IT Project Manager, you lead various IT projects in tandem with the transformation department. You work closely with internal teams and external partners, focusing on implementing new technologies, improving systems and processes, and creating an optimal digital customer experience. In this role, you’ll impact multiple IT domains, including infrastructure, application development, data, and security.

Your responsibilities

• Manage projects from scope definition to implementation, including business cases, risk management, and C-level reporting.
• Ensure structured execution according to recognized project methodologies, monitoring planning, budget, and scope.
• Present to the Steering Committee and ensure the right engagement of all stakeholders.
• Contribute to the further development of IT and project management expertise within the organization.

Your profile

• Master’s degree in IT, Business, Management, or a related field.
• Extensive senior experience in IT project management, preferably in complex, change-driven environments.
• Knowledge of different project methodologies, risk management, and business cases.
• Structured way of working and true ownership of your projects.
• Strong communication skills across all levels (from operational to C-level).
• Fluency in English and spoken proficiency in one of the two national languages (Dutch or French).
