IT Project Manager with German, Remote

This is a remote position.

• Support project managers in day-to-day project coordination and administration.
  
• Prepare and maintain project status reports, dashboards, and KPI overviews.
  
• Monitor project budgets, efforts, and time-tracking activities.
  
• Coordinate project meetings, maintain documentation, and follow up on agreed actions.
  
• Track milestones, risks, dependencies, and change requests.
  
• Support the implementation and maintenance of PMO methodologies, standards, and governance processes.
  
• Ensure consistent project documentation and reporting across stakeholders.
  
• Assist with billing-related data and project financial administration when required.
  

• Relevant PMO experience: Previous experience specifically in a PMO, project controlling, or project coordination role.
  
• Project reporting: Hands-on experience preparing status reports, dashboards, KPIs, and management updates.
  
• Project controlling: Experience tracking project efforts, budgets, and timesheets, including following up on missing or incomplete time entries.
  
• Meeting coordination: Experience organizing project meetings, preparing agendas, documenting outcomes, and following up on action items.
  
• Microsoft Office 365 proficiency:
  
• ​Excel: Confident working with spreadsheets, maintaining structured data, and preparing basic reports.
  
• PowerPoint: Ability to create clear, professional presentations for project and management updates.
  
• Project management fundamentals: Understanding of project scope, milestones, risks, dependencies, and change requests.
  
• Languages: Good working proficiency in both German and English.
  

• Previous experience in IT, software development, or digital transformation projects.
  
• Experience working in an IT consulting company or software service provider.
  
• Familiarity with project management and reporting tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Power BI).
  
• Experience supporting billing processes, invoicing data preparation, or financial project administration.
