Show job description

We’re looking for an IT Quality Assurance Analyst Lead to establish and advance quality assurance practices across our Business Technology organization. In this role, you’ll lead the testing strategy, standards, and governance used across enterprise applications, integrations, data platforms, SaaS solutions, and technology implementations. You’ll partner across business and technology teams to ensure solutions are thoroughly tested, risks are understood, and leaders have a clear and objective view of readiness before changes reach production. If you enjoy bringing structure to complex technology environments, shaping quality practices, and influencing decisions across business and technology teams, this could be a great opportunity for you. This full time role will work a hybrid onsite schedule in Stevens Point, Wisconsin.

What You’ll Do

  • Establish and maintain our testing strategy, methodology, standards, and governance, including a risk-based approach to determining appropriate levels of testing.
  • Define testing requirements, entry and exit criteria, and standards across System, Integration, Regression, UAT, Performance, Security, and Production Validation testing.
  • Provide functional leadership, guidance, and subject matter expertise to QA analysts, business testers, and other testing resources.
  • Coordinate testing resources and priorities across multiple projects, releases, and technology initiatives.
  • Oversee complex testing efforts across enterprise applications, integrations, data platforms, infrastructure changes, and major system implementations.
  • Establish and oversee defect management practices, including severity and priority standards, triage, escalation, root-cause analysis, and risk assessment.
  • Monitor testing results, defect trends, and quality risks, ensuring critical business processes and higher-risk functionality receive appropriate coverage.
  • Provide an objective assessment of release readiness, including recommendations regarding unresolved defects, risk mitigation, or release postponement.
  • Establish production-readiness criteria and use production incidents and testing outcomes to continuously improve QA practices.
  • Develop executive-level reporting and metrics that provide visibility into testing progress, quality trends, resource utilization, defects, risks, and release readiness.
