IT Recruiter (100% Remote)

IT Recruiter  Ontario, Fully Remote Source Code is a global STEM consulting and workforce solutions firm that works 100's of large enterprise clients within Government, Health Care, Banking/ Finance, and Technology sectors. Most of our team is based out of Toronto, but we service clients globally, Responsibilities: Assist in candidate sourcing through various channels. Screen and interview candidates to assess their skills, qualifications, and cultural fit. Collaborate with senior recruiters to understand client requirements and contribute to the recruitment strategy. Learn and utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidate data and recruitment activities. Develop strong relationships with candidates and assist in managing client relationships. Must Have: 1+ years of IT recruitment Excellent communication skills Nice to have: Experience working within health care Experience hiring of public sector positions with the Canadian Government
