Responsibilities

• Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the technology industry.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their business needs and create job descriptions that accurately reflect the requirements for the role.
• Utilize various sourcing methods, such as job boards, social media, and networking events, to identify and engage with potential candidates.
• Screen and interview candidates to assess their qualifications and cultural fit for the organization.
• Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding, for multiple open positions simultaneously.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the recruitment process and attract top talent.
• Partner with the HR team to ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.
• Provide timely and accurate updates to hiring managers and other stakeholders on the status of open positions.
• Track and maintain recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make data-driven decisions.
• Represent the company at job fairs, conferences, and other recruiting events.
• Stay up-to-date on the competitive landscape and adjust recruitment strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with the technology team to understand their needs and proactively anticipate future hiring needs.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
• Continuously promote employer brand and culture to attract top talent.

• 5-7 years of experience, mid-Senior level
• Corporate experience in the IT space

Work Environment

This role offers a hybrid work schedule with a minimum requirement of working in the office 3 days a week. The office is located in Blue Lagoon. This is a contract-to-hire position.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Miami, FL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $57.00 - $77.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
