IT Recruiter & People Operations Specialist

Alabama Solutions is seeking a talented and skilled IT Recruiter & HR professional to join our team. As an IT Recruiter & HR, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for IT positions, as well as handling HR activities. You will play a critical role in attracting and hiring top IT talent, while also ensuring the smooth operation of HR functions within the company. Responsibilities: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for IT positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies. Post job openings on various job boards and online platforms. Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates. Conduct interviews to assess candidates' skills and qualifications. Coordinate interview schedules and provide feedback to candidates. Negotiate offers and manage the onboarding process for new hires. Handle HR activities such as employee onboarding, performance management, and employee relations. Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and HR. Proven experience as an IT Recruiter or HR professional. Strong knowledge of IT industry and technical skills. Experience in full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to assess candidates' skills and qualifications effectively. Knowledge of HR processes and best practices. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
