Join Our Talent Acquisition Team as a Senior IT Recruiter! - Mexico - Fully Remote Are you a motivated, detail-oriented individual with a passion for human resources? We are looking for a proactive Recruiter to become an integral part of our Talent Acquisition team! About Us: As we continue to grow, attracting top talent is essential to maintaining our competitive edge in the market. Your role will be crucial in identifying and hiring the best candidates to meet our company’s needs. Key Responsibilities: Develop recruitment goals and objectives. Create a sustainable recruitment strategy aligned with our business aims. Build a candidate portfolio by sourcing passive candidates. Search databases to find the most suitable candidates. Collaborate with hiring managers to refine recruitment plans. Evaluate the effectiveness of current recruiting strategies through key performance indicators (KPIs). Write and edit compelling job descriptions. Recommend new sources for attracting both active and passive candidates. Utilize a multi-channel approach to recruitment. Conduct candidate interviews according to company regulations. Ensure compliance with legal requirements and data privacy regulations. Prepare weekly reports on recruitment activities. Qualifications: Over 3 years of experience in recruiting or a similar HR role. In IT Recruiting, such as Software Development, AI, Data & Analytics, SAP, Oracle, and Salesforce teams. At least + 2 years working with hunting agencies Experience is required in face-to-face interaction with the Client or Hiring Manager. Strong desire to understand job requirements and the recruitment process. English Advanced Level C1- C2 Passion for HR and talent acquisition methods. Ability to screen large volumes of resumes effectively. Understanding of employer branding methods is a plus. Familiarity with recruitment marketing strategies and HR tools (ATS, HRIS, AI) is beneficial. Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or a relevant field. Essential Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Team player with excellent communication skills. Effective time management and interpersonal skills.
