Show job description

mcpk. is an international tech recruitment partner connecting top-tier IT talent from the EU and Ukraine with leading businesses in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland (DACH).

At mcpk., we focus on lasting success rather than quick wins. For our Talent Acquisition team, this means no "resume dumping" or running a mindless numbers game. Thanks to our deep market expertise and rigorous screening, we focus on precision - moving candidates forward only when we are confident in a 100% mutual match that lasts for years, not months.

As a Recruiter at mcpk., you can expect a true partnership from us. We don't micromanage. Instead, we give you complete ownership of the full-cycle recruitment process, offering a supportive, bureaucracy-free environment where your expertise is trusted, and your impact is immediately visible.

Now, we are expanding our internal Talent Acquisition team and are looking for a dedicated IT Recruiter / Talent Sourcer who shares this philosophy to grow with us.

Your profile:

  • 2-4 years of professional experience in IT sourcing and/or recruiting for technical IT positions.
  • Proficiency in using LinkedIn, Boolean search techniques, and other sourcing tools.
  • Solid understanding of IT roles and technology stacks to identify and assess relevant candidates.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for crafting compelling messages and managing candidate communication.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and candidates simultaneously.
  • Creative problem-solving skills to handle challenging searches and adapt strategies as needed.
  • Experience with ATS and/or CRM systems.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English and German at an Intermediate Strong / Upper-Intermediate level or higher.

Your tasks:

  • Proactively source qualified candidates using diverse methods and strategies to build and sustain robust talent pipelines.
  • Ensure accurate and timely records of all candidate interactions in our ATS.
  • Conduct market mapping and talent availability analysis across different regions to evaluate talent supply based on specific requests.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest sourcing trends and recruitment best practices to improve effectiveness continuously.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to gain a deep understanding of client needs and role specifics, facilitating the identification of the best fit.

What you can expect from us:

  • Freedom to lead your processes and tasks, allowing you to shape your daily work with flexibility and independence.
  • Advance professionally through knowledge exchange with experienced colleagues, supporting your growth through challenging tasks and continuous learning.
  • Support and encouragement of your creativity, initiatives, and unique vision, turning them into reality.
  • A work environment with open and transparent communication where your feedback is valued and welcomed.
  • A flat organisational structure and a short decision-making process, enabling you to make a real impact without unnecessary bureaucracy.
  • Work-life balance with flexible working hours.
  • Free English/German lessons.
  • PE accounting and support.
  • Remote work options from Ukraine.
  • Full-time/Part-time engagement.
  • Compensation paid in EUR.

If you’re interested in this opportunity and ready to take the next step in your career, we would love to help you find your place with us!
