IT Security Consultant – Talent Pool

Cybersecurity demand keeps growing with regulations such as NIS2 and DORA. We are building a pool of security professionals we can propose quickly for governance, risk, compliance and technical security missions. Organised in five practices (Management Consulting, IT Analysis, IT Development, IT Security and IT Infrastructure), we place experienced IT professionals on missions with leading organisations in Belgium, mainly in banking & insurance, federal and regional public institutions, utilities and industry.

Typical Mission Contexts:

• NIS2 and DORA compliance programmes
• ISO 27001 implementation and audits
• Security governance, risk management and policies (CISO office support)
• Identity & Access Management and security operations (SIEM/SOC)
• Security architecture and security-by-design in projects

Typical Responsibilities:

• Assess the security posture and identify risks and gaps
• Define and implement security policies, controls and roadmaps
• Support compliance with ISO 27001, NIS2, DORA and GDPR
• Advise project teams on security by design
• Report to management and security committees

Must-Have:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in cybersecurity; 6+ years for Senior or lead roles
• Strong knowledge of security frameworks and regulations (ISO 27001, NIS2, GDPR)
• Analytical mindset and strong communication skills
• Ability to work with both business and technical stakeholders

Nice-to-Have:

• Certifications: CISSP, CISM, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor
• Technical experience with SIEM (Splunk, Sentinel) or IAM solutions
• Experience in banking or public sector
• Project management skills (PRINCE2)

Languages:

• Most of our clients operate in a bilingual environment: French and/or Dutch is required for the majority of missions, with a strong preference for bilingual FR/NL profiles
• Professional English is expected in most IT environments

Engagement Model:

Missions are typically medium to long term, full-time or part-time, on site or hybrid (usually 2–3 days on site). Depending on your preference, we work with you as a Keystone Solutions employee or as a freelance/subcontractor.

Location: Belgium – mainly Brussels, also Flanders and Wallonia depending on the mission. Hybrid work is common.
