About The Role

As Atlas grows, our people, devices and systems grow with it. This is our first dedicated in-house owner of IT: the person our team turns to when something needs fixing, and the person who keeps our environment secure and audit-ready.

You will provide first and second line support to a distributed team of around 50 people across several countries, own joiners, movers and leavers, manage our device fleet, and keep our Microsoft 365 environment healthy. You will also support our ISO 27001 programme by owning the technical controls and evidence, and manage our relationships with external IT and security providers.

We are AI-first in how we work. We expect you to automate routine requests, use AI tools to resolve issues faster, and document as you go.

This role is based in Athens and works on a hybrid basis.

What You'll Do

• Be the first point of contact for IT: triage requests, resolve first and second line issues, and escalate to our external provider where needed
• Own joiners, movers and leavers: accounts, access, devices and offboarding, in line with our security policies
• Administer Microsoft 365, Entra ID and Intune, including identity, MFA, access policies, and device enrolment and compliance
• Manage our device fleet: ordering, setup, shipping, tracking and retirement
• Run regular access reviews and maintain the technical evidence for ISO 27001, working in Vanta
• Manage our external IT and security providers, including tickets, support hours and project priorities
• Respond to security alerts and incidents together with our security partner, and keep a clear record
• Support customer security reviews and questionnaires with accurate technical answers
• Automate repetitive requests and document processes so that the team can self-serve where possible

What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days)

• One clear route for IT requests, with response times the team can see
• Joiner and leaver processes documented and running smoothly
• Complete, up-to-date device and access inventories
• Access reviews and ISO 27001 evidence running on a regular schedule
• A clear reduction in the time that non-technical colleagues spend on IT

Who You Are

• 2-4 years of experience in IT support, systems administration or a similar role, ideally in a cloud-first, remote-friendly company
• Hands-on with Microsoft 365 administration, Entra ID and Intune
• Solid grounding in security basics: MFA, access control, patching, endpoint protection and incident handling
• A clear, patient communicator who enjoys helping non-technical colleagues
• Organised and reliable, with careful documentation habits
• Comfortable owning a function end to end with limited supervision
• Naturally drawn to automation and AI tools
• Professional-level English, written and spoken

Nice to Have

• Experience with ISO 27001, SOC 2 or a compliance platform such as Vanta
• Microsoft certifications, for example MD-102, MS-102 or SC-300
• Scripting skills (PowerShell or Python)
• Experience working with a managed service provider
• Experience managing both Windows and Mac devices
• Fluent Greek
