About the Opportunity

If you enjoy solving problems, helping people and making technology work better, this is an opportunity to make a tangible impact every day.
What Youโll Be Doing:
- Provide responsive Level 1 and Level 2 technical support, troubleshooting hardware, software, Microsoft 365, applications and connectivity issues.
- Manage IT incidents and service requests from logging through to resolution, prioritising issues and escalating complex problems when needed.
- Configure, deploy and maintain laptops, desktops and mobile devices, managing IT assets and supporting employee onboarding and offboarding.
- Maintain endpoint security and compliance through device configuration, patching, access controls and adherence to established IT policies.
- Work with employees, internal teams and external providers to resolve technical issues, maintain documentation and continually improve the IT support experience.
What Youโll Bring:
- Experience in IT service desk, desktop support or a similar technical support role, with the ability to troubleshoot common hardware, software and connectivity issues.
- Practical knowledge of Microsoft 365, workplace applications, end-user devices, basic networking and endpoint management.
- A customer-focused approach, with clear communication skills and the ability to explain technical solutions to non-technical users.
- Strong problem-solving, prioritisation and organisational skills, with the initiative to take ownership of issues and see them through to resolution.
- A proactive, security-conscious mindset, with strong attention to detail and a genuine interest in improving systems, service delivery and the employee experience.
