We are looking for an experienced IT Service Owner with knowledge in Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) and cybersecurity services to take end-to-end ownership of a portfolio of global corporate PKI services and drive their strategic evolution.

As the face of the service, you will combine technical expertise, business orientation, and service management excellence to ensure secure, reliable, and future-proof cryptographic services for more than 300,000 users and many services worldwide.

Your mission will be…

As IT Service Owner for Corporate PKI Services, you will be accountable for the entire lifecycle of assigned PKI services, from strategy and roadmap definition to operation, innovation, and continuous improvement.

You will:

• Own and drive the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Corporate PKI Services.
• Ensure secure, stable, compliant, and cost-effective delivery of PKI services.
• Act as the central point of contact for business stakeholders, customers, service managers, architects, and vendors.
• Manage service performance, service quality, customer satisfaction, and service adoption.
• Drive service innovation and modernization initiatives, including automation, cloud integration, and future cryptographic technologies.
• Ensure compliance with internal security regulations and external industry requirements.
• Lead service lifecycle activities including service enhancements, releases, risk management, business continuity, and service retirement.
• Manage supplier performance, and strategic sourcing decisions.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across multiple countries and organizational units.
• Drive continuous service improvement using data, KPIs, customer feedback, and operational metrics.
• Support strategic cybersecurity initiatives, including crypto agility and Post-Quantum Cryptography readiness.
  
  

Your Responsibilities

• Service Strategy & Governance
• Lead an international team of PKI experts
• Define and maintain the Corporate PKI service portfolio and roadmap.
• Align service strategy with Siemens cybersecurity and digitalization objectives.
• Manage service risks, compliance requirements, and audit readiness.
• Ensure alignment with Siemens IT governance and architecture standards.
• Service Delivery & Operations
• Ensure end-to-end service delivery and agreed service levels.
• Monitor availability, performance, capacity, security, and operational excellence.
• Lead service recovery activities and business continuity planning.
• Drive automation and operational efficiency initiatives.
• Customer & Stakeholder Management
• Build strong relationships with customers, cybersecurity organizations, and business stakeholders.
• Collect requirements and translate business needs into service improvements.
• Promote customer-centric service development and user experience improvements.
• Innovation & Future Technologies
• Drive adoption of modern PKI technologies and industry best practices.
• Support Siemens' digital transformation by enabling secure and trustworthy AI usage
• Evaluate emerging technologies and standards.
• Support Siemens' transition towards crypto agility and Post-Quantum Cryptography.
  

We are looking for someone with…

• Experience
• Several years of experience in IT Service Ownership, IT Service Management, Product Ownership, or a comparable role.
• Proven track record managing business-critical enterprise services.
• Experience working in global and multinational environments.
• Strong stakeholder and vendor management experience.
• Technical Expertise
• Understanding of:
• Public Key Infrastructure (PKI)
• Certificate Lifecycle Management
• Cryptographic Key Management
• Experience with one or more of the following is considered an advantage:
• Nexus CM & IDM
• Post-Quantum Cryptography
• IT security audits and external compliance frameworks like ETSI and CA/Browser Forum
• Service Management
• Deep understanding of ITIL principles and service lifecycle management.
• Experience managing SLAs, KPIs, service reporting, and service governance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to balance operational priorities and strategic objectives.
• Personal Skills
• Strong leadership and ownership mindset.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Customer-focused and solution-oriented approach.
• Ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority.
