As an IT Software Developer Intern, you’ll contribute to meaningful work across web, mobile, cloud, database, and production service environments while gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic business supported by leading technology. This internship is designed to help you grow your business, data, or technical skills through project-based work with Application Development, Business Analysis, and/or Data Services teams. You may collaborate with cross-functional partners across Marketing, Sales, Finance, Manufacturing, Winemaking, and Research & Development, giving you exposure to how technology powers a broad and innovative organization. You’ll develop full-stack code, debug and test applications, work with databases and cloud services, build and deploy services and integrations, create technical documentation, and develop system diagrams and workflows. What You'll Need Currently enrolled at a college or university and working towards a Bachelor’s degree OR Master's degree in one of the following areas: Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Informatics, to be obtained between December 2027 and June 2029. Strong written, verbal, and analytical skills. Required to be 18 years or older. This may be in addition to other age requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description. How You'll Stand Out Working towards a Bachelor’s OR Master's degree in one of the following areas: Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Informatics. Previous software development experience through coursework, personal projects, internships, or open-source contributions. We offer a broad salary range to allow for long-term growth. Actual compensation paid within the range will be determined by multiple factors, including, but not limited to, education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Although we estimate the successful candidate hired into this role will be placed between the entry point and middle of the range, the decision will be made on a case-by-case basis related to these factors. In addition to the salary, this position may be eligible for bonuses, incentive plans, or participate in tasting room tip pools, as applicable. This position will be based in the location(s) specified in the job posting with an option for occasional telecommuting. You will be expected to live within a commutable distance.
