About the role:
As a Workday Solution Specialist, you’ll drive in-depth functional development, support, and maintenance for Workday solutions. You’ll provide in-depth process support, scope requirements to ensure best value from best practices offered by Workday platform. Joining Workday implementation teams, you’ll collaborate on design, configuration, and testing to align with business goals and compliance. You will translate requirements into scalable Workday solutions, offer strategic guidance, and ensure implementation of a secure, scalable, high-performing platform, drive configuration reviews to optimize value and customer experience.
To thrive in this role, we believe you have:
A minimum of 2-3 years as a Workday Subject Matter Expert, ideally with experience across all solution implementation project phases.
Hands-on experience configuring Workday’s modules and processes, including solution maintenance and support.
Technical knowledge, preferably in HCM application implementation and maintenance.
An analytical, detailed-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills across both business and IT stakeholders.
