You will build, deploy, and maintain AI-driven bots that automate content generation, workflow routing, and scheduled publishing across our social media ecosystems (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X).
Key Responsibilities
- AI Agent & Bot Development: Design, deploy, and manage autonomous AI agents or scripts (using tools like custom LLMs, Grok/OpenAI APIs, or orchestration platforms) to handle repetitive digital tasks and content pipelines.
- Social Media Automation: Build automated pipelines that generate, format, schedule, and cross-post media assets consistently across platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok).
- System Integration & Monitoring: Connect AI tools, content management systems (CMS), CRM workflows, and analytics dashboards to track engagement, reach, and bot performance.
- Quality Assurance & Brand Safety: Monitor AI-generated copy, images, and video output to ensure alignment with brand voice, compliance, and platform guidelines.

Required Qualifications

- AI & LLM Experience: Hands-on experience prompting, fine-tuning, or building multi-agent workflows (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, or open-source frameworks).
- Social Media Platform Knowledge: Familiarity with the algorithm mechanics, rate limits, and publishing requirements of major social networks.
- Problem-Solving: Strong aptitude for debugging broken automation scripts and scaling content output without manual intervention.
