Requirements Required Skills and Qualifications: - Minimum 5 years of experience in the IT field, with a proven record in help desk support. - Comprehensive understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products. - Ability to diagnose and resolve basic to advanced technical issues. - Proficient in English, with outstanding verbal and written communication skills. - Detail-oriented, capable of multitasking, and committed to task completion. - Eager to stay abreast of the latest technologies, demonstrating a strong understanding of IT principles. Desirable Skills: - Experience in web development, cybersecurity, networking, cloud services, or digital marketing. - IT certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, etc.). etc.).
