IT Specialist - Remote (B2B Marketing Agency)
HRBS GlobalOne of our clients, a fully remote, award-winning B2B marketing agency that partners with global tech brands like Microsoft, SAP, Intel, HP, Cisco, and GitHub, is looking for a hands-on IT Specialist to take full ownership of their internal IT environment. You'll be the go-to person for everything from device management to identity and security across a mixed Apple/Windows fleet.
𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀
🔺 Manage the internal IT environment for a fully remote team — devices, accounts, systems, and apps
🔺 Own the Microsoft 365 / Azure stack: Intune, Defender, Entra ID, SharePoint Online, Teams, Purview, and Microsoft Sentinel
🔺 Handle onboarding/offboarding with secure access provisioning and deprovisioning
🔺 Track hardware, software, licenses, and IT assets; maintain clear documentation
🔺 Monitor security dashboards across M365, Azure, and Sentinel; work with the MSP to triage and resolve alerts
🔺 Drive cybersecurity awareness training (phishing, MFA fatigue, social engineering) across the team
🔺 Use AI productivity tools (Microsoft 365 Copilot, OpenAI) to streamline documentation and troubleshooting
🔺 Respond to internal support tickets and coordinate with vendors on escalated issues
𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗪𝗲’𝗿𝗲 𝗟𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗙𝗼𝗿
🔺 3–5 years managing internal IT environments
🔺 Experience managing IT within a marketing or creative agency preferred
🔺 Strong hands-on experience with Intune, Defender, Azure/Entra ID, SharePoint Online, Teams, Purview, and Microsoft Sentinel
🔺 Solid grasp of identity management, endpoint security, compliance, and cloud administration
🔺 Comfortable explaining technical/security concepts to non-technical teammates
🔺 Experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot or OpenAI tools is a plus
🔺 Familiarity with Microsoft Security Copilot, MSP experience, and WordPress basics are assets
