IT Staffing Business Partner – Europe

Job Description This is a remote position. We are looking for a proactive and results-driven European IT Staffing Lead to expand our Staff Augmentation business across Europe. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying staffing opportunities, sourcing high-quality IT professionals, coordinating with clients and internal teams, and successfully closing positions. Key Responsibilities Identify IT staffing and staff augmentation opportunities across Europe through job portals, staffing platforms, LinkedIn, and partner networks. Source and recruit technology professionals from Europe as well as offshore markets including Pakistan, India, UAE, and Egypt. Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing and screening to interview coordination, offer negotiation, onboarding, and placement. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of IT professionals across multiple technologies. Work closely with business development and delivery teams to understand client requirements and ensure timely fulfilment. Maintain relationships with candidates, clients, and staffing partners across Europe. Track recruitment KPIs and ensure timely closure of open positions. Requirements 4+ years of experience in IT Recruitment, Staff Augmentation, or Technology Staffing. Proven experience hiring for European clients or the European market. Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, Boolean search, and networking. Experience recruiting software engineers, AI/ML, Data, Cloud, DevOps, ERP, QA, Business Analysis, and Project Management professionals. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and deliver against hiring targets.
