What You'll Do Be the first point of contact for employees requesting technical support through our help desk. Troubleshoot and resolve common IT issues including password resets, login problems, account access, connectivity, and basic application support. Follow documented troubleshooting guides and knowledge base articles to resolve recurring issues efficiently. Document, prioritize, and manage support tickets through resolution using our ticketing system. Escalate more complex technical issues to our development team with clear and thorough documentation. Deliver friendly, professional customer service while keeping employees informed throughout the support process. Contribute to improving internal documentation and knowledge articles as you learn. What We're Looking For Recent graduate (Associate's, Bachelor's, technical program, bootcamp, or equivalent) or graduating soon. Passion for technology and a strong desire to build a career in IT. Excellent communication skills with a positive, service-oriented mindset. Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail. Comfortable using Microsoft applications and interested in learning AI-powered productivity tools. Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple requests in a fast-paced environment.
