Location: Brazil (100% Remote)

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Junior IT Support Analyst to join our growing Construction & Manufacturing organization. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates and early-career IT professionals looking to build hands-on experience supporting business-critical systems and end users in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-level IT support for hardware, software, and system-related issues.

• Assist users with Microsoft 365, Windows, email, and application support.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical incidents and service requests.

• Create and maintain IT documentation and user guides.

• Support user onboarding, account management, and access provisioning.

• Escalate complex issues to senior IT teams when required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

• 0–2 years of IT support or technical support experience.

• Basic knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, networking, and troubleshooting.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

• Fluency in Portuguese; English is a plus.
