Build the skills, knowledge and experience needed to progress through our Systems Analyst career pathway, with opportunities to develop into a Systems Analyst role. We're looking for an IT Support Analyst to join our IT Operations team and help support colleagues across more than 40 countries. Reporting to the VP of IT Operations, you'll play an important role in the day-to-day running of our technology estate, which includes Salesforce, Microsoft 365, finance systems and a range of business applications. You'll manage support tickets, user access requests, joiner, mover and leaver processes, asset records and a variety of administrative tasks that help keep the business running. You'll work closely with the Systems Analyst, following established processes and learning how our systems fit together. Over time, you'll build the knowledge and confidence to take on greater responsibility and develop your technical and analytical skills. This is the first step in our Systems Analyst career pathway. You'll be expected to follow documented processes and procedures while building your knowledge and experience. This isn't a role where you'll immediately be designing new systems. It's a chance to learn the estate, build credibility and develop into the next step in your career. • Salary band: £27,000–£36,000 depending on experience. • Remote Working with occasional travel. • 25 days’ holiday plus bank holidays • Private medical insurance (AXA), including dental, optical and 24/7 GP access. • Life assurance at 3x base salary (Legal & General). • Salary sacrifice pension with Aviva, 4% employer contribution.
