Are You Our Next IT Support Specialist?
At Anteris, we're looking for a talented IT Support Specialist to join our growing team and help deliver an exceptional support experience to our clients.
As one of the first points of contact for our clients, you'll play an important role in helping people navigate technology challenges, keeping their businesses running smoothly, and ensuring they feel supported every step of the way.
This is a hands-on technical role that combines frontline help desk support and opportunities to participate in IT projects. You'll work across a wide variety of clients, technologies, and environments, with opportunities to expand your skills and take on new challenges.
We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people, approaches technical challenges with curiosity and persistence, and takes pride in seeing problems through to resolution.
At Anteris, we believe that great technical support starts with great people. We value individuals who communicate clearly, take ownership, treat others with respect, and contribute to a team where everyone helps one another succeed.
What Your Typical Week Will Look Like
Client Support & Troubleshooting
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients requesting technical assistance by phone, email, and our support portal.
- Troubleshoot and resolve common technical issues involving Windows and macOS computers, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, user accounts, applications, printers, networking, and other business technologies.
- Take ownership of client requests, communicating clearly and providing updates through resolution.
- Escalate more complex technical issues to the appropriate team members while ensuring a smooth handoff.
- Document troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and relevant technical information to support our clients and team.
Dispatch
- Participate in a rotating dispatch schedule, helping coordinate incoming service requests and technician assignments.
- Evaluate and prioritize incoming requests based on urgency, business impact, and client needs.
- Ensure requests are appropriately documented, assigned, and progressing toward resolution.
- Help coordinate schedules and communicate expectations between clients and our technical team.
Project & Technical Work
- Participate in client projects such as workstation deployments, hardware replacements, cloud service migrations, system upgrades, and other technology improvements.
- Assist with the configuration, installation, and maintenance of client systems.
- Work alongside experienced engineers and project teams to expand your technical knowledge and capabilities.
- Occasionally travel to client locations for installations, troubleshooting, maintenance, and project work.
After-Hours Support
- Participate in a rotating on-call schedule to support clients with critical after-hours issues (currently averaging one week every 4–5 weeks).
- Occasionally work evenings or weekends to accommodate scheduled maintenance, client needs, or project deployments.
What We're Looking For
The Person
We believe technical skills can be developed, but how you approach people, challenges, and responsibilities matters just as much.
Our ideal candidate:
- Enjoys helping people and delivering an excellent customer experience.
- Communicates clearly, professionally, and empathetically, especially when someone is frustrated or experiencing technical difficulties.
- Takes ownership of problems and follows through on commitments.
- Thinks logically, troubleshoots methodically, and knows when to ask for help.
- Can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment without losing attention to detail.
- Works well with others, treats teammates with respect, and contributes to a supportive team environment.
- Is curious about technology and motivated to continuously learn and improve.
Technical Experience
We're looking for candidates with previous professional IT support experience and a working understanding of common business technologies.
Experience or familiarity with the following will help you succeed:
- Windows 10/11 and macOS desktop environments.
- Windows Server environments and basic system administration.
- Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace administration and end-user support.
- Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, and user account management.
- Basic networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, and wireless connectivity.
- Remote access and remote support tools.
- Workstation configuration, software installation, and hardware troubleshooting.
- Cybersecurity fundamentals, multifactor authentication, and endpoint security.
- IT ticketing systems and technical documentation.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve technical problems independently.
Industry certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft certifications are valuable, but we're equally interested in practical experience, problem-solving ability, and a demonstrated commitment to learning.
Why Join Anteris?

At Anteris, you'll join a team that believes technology should make people's lives easier, not more complicated. We take pride in developing lasting relationships with our clients by being responsive, dependable, and genuinely invested in their success.
You'll have the opportunity to work with a variety of technologies and organizations, collaborate with experienced technical professionals, and continue developing your skills.
Most importantly, you'll be part of a team that values humility, accountability, continuous improvement, and supporting one another.
If you're someone who enjoys solving problems, takes pride in helping others, and wants to grow your career in IT, we'd love to hear from you.
