IT Support Specialist

Role Description This is a part-time, hybrid role based in Dubai, with flexibility to work both on-site and from home. The role involves researching global technology trends, drafting and updating news articles, and assisting in the curation of content for digital publication. Day-to-day tasks may include monitoring tech news sources, fact-checking information, collaborating with editors or team leads, and ensuring content aligns with the platform’s voice and standards. The individual in this role will help maintain an active publishing schedule and contribute ideas for engaging, relevant tech stories that resonate with the audience.

Qualifications

• Strong research and analytical abilities to identify, verify, and summarize key technology news.
• Clear written communication skills and the ability to tailor content for digital audiences.
• Comfort with digital tools and online publishing platforms; familiarity with social media is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently, manage part-time hours effectively, and collaborate with a distributed team.
• Interest in global technology trends, digital innovation, and tech culture; prior experience in content or journalism is a plus.
• Fluency in English; additional language skills are beneficial.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Dubai, with availability to work in a hybrid on-site/remote arrangement.
