Your mission
You are the go-to person whenever our colleagues need IT help, and you make sure everyone can work smoothly with Microsoft 365, their accounts and their devices. It’s a role with lots of personal contact, where your work makes a visible difference to everyone’s day.
- Provide 1st- and 2nd-level IT support for Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365
- Manage user accounts, access permissions and licences in Microsoft Entra ID and M365
- Handle IT onboarding and offboarding in coordination with HR
- Configure, deploy and maintain laptops and mobile devices using Baramundi
- Carry out software deployments, endpoint patching and routine device maintenance
- Troubleshoot VPN client, Teams, SharePoint and common connectivity issues
- Maintain IT asset inventories, documentation and support tickets
- Support endpoint security, compliance checks and TISAX evidence collection
Your profile
- Completed IT vocational training (e.g. in Fachinformatik-Systemintegration or IT-Systemelektronik) or equivalent practical experience; recent graduates are welcome
- Up to 2 years of experience in IT support or system administration
- Good knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365 and basic networking
- Familiarity with Entra ID, device management and troubleshooting
- A structured, service-oriented way of working and fluent English skills
