IT Support Specialist, Skopje

Are you a tech-savvy problem solver who's looking to grow their IT support career? We are seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our internal IT team in Skopje, working alongside our IT team colleague. You will help provide seamless support to both office-based and remote employees, handling day-to-day issues independently while building toward more advanced responsibilities over. Provide first-line IT support to office and remote employees - hardware, software, network, and account issues - working independently on your own ticket queue and knowing when to bring in your IT team colleague for the more complex cases. Support employee onboarding/offboarding IT processes, including equipment setup and account provisioning. Manage, configure, and troubleshoot the cloud services and SaaS tools we use day to day (Microsoft 365, MacOS, Atlassian). Document every IT procedure into a living knowledge handbook, so processes stay consistent and don't depend on any one person's memory. Maintain inventory of hardware, software, and other IT supplies. Support billing administration of IT platforms and tools - tracking subscriptions, license renewals, and invoices, and flagging discrepancies. Build simple automations between the platforms we use (e.g., ticketing, HR, M365, Atlassian) to cut down on repetitive manual work. Use AI tools where relevant to speed up support work — troubleshooting, documentation, workflow automation, and day-to-day admin tasks. Support the security and integrity of company data and systems, following company policies and escalating anything unusual. Flag recurring issues or improvement ideas to your IT team colleague rather than just closing tickets one by one. Excellent English communication skills. Eagerness to spot recurring, manual tasks and turn them into automated workflows across the platforms we use (e.g., via Zapier, Power Automate, or similar). Exposure to Intune or another MDM tool for managing and securing company devices. Basic scripting experience (Python, bash) or interest in developing it. Comfortable using AI tools day-to-day to work faster and smarter. Interest in growing toward more advanced systems administration, security, or licensing responsibilities.
