Junior IT Support Specialist with German

Project information:

• Location: Kraków, Katowice, Lublin, Opole -> hybrid model of working in one the locations (40% in the office)
• Working hours: Mon-Fr, 8 hours (shifts between 7:00 - 18:00)
• Type of project: IT Support/Service Desk
• Type of employment: long-term contract of employment
• Budget: 5000 - 6000 PLN gross
• Languages: German & English

Responsibilities:

• Providing daily support to German-speaking customers
• Responding to customers' queries and solving technical issues
• Managing ticketing system
• Performing troubleshooting activites (hardware, software, system)

Requirements:

• Very good knowledge of German & English (B2/C1 levels)
• Problem solving skills and attention to detail
• First IT support/helpdesk working experience (nice to have but it's not required)
