You will be working alongside clients and occasionally supporting project consultations. You will be working closely with QuickBooks, ConnectWise, SQL, and M365. IT System Administrator Level 2 (Hybrid) MSP Duties: Understanding of computer hardware and how to diagnose hardware problems including desktops, laptops, and printers Knowledge of networks and network troubleshooting.
