Currently, we are seeking a motivated and humble IT System Administrator Level 2.5 (MSP) to join our expanding team. In this role, you will provide escalated support, manage client relationships, and engage in project-based work, utilizing your analytical skills to tackle complex challenges. You will build long-term relationships with your assigned clients and collaborate closely with your team to ensure a harmonious partnership between us and our clients. Your project work will focus on modernizing infrastructure, primarily leveraging technologies such as Azure, M365, VMware, and Cisco. IT System Administrator Level 2.5 (MSP) Responsibilities and Experience: At least 1 year of MSP experience Strong IT fundamentals are essential, including a solid understanding of DNS, LAN/WAN architecture, Windows Server, and Microsoft 365 systems. Experience with M365 migration is required. Proficiency in Windows 11, Windows Server OS, and Active Directory/Entra ID is necessary for success in this role. Skills and certifications related to Cisco networking, Cisco VoIP, Microsoft 365 Administration, VMware, and Azure A strong understanding of Azure, including its services and management, is important.
